Radiographic Testing (MT) is a NDT testing method which utilises electromagnetic radiation produced by the radioactive decay of a radioactive isotope (gamma rays) or generated in electronic devices such as x-ray tubes to penetrate engineering materials in order to detect indications within the material. Radiation films or digital devices are used to capture the exposed sample images.
