International Pipe Welder	5G and 6G	6 weeks

 

The training durations shown above are the average times required to attain the expected levels of practical skill and theory knowledge. The time needed may vary according to the capability of the student. The practical training will bring the candidate to the skills level required by industry but both welders and employers are reminded of the need for trainees to gain workshop and site experience to complete a welder’s competency. Usually this will require a period of industry experience approximately equal to the time spent in a training school.
